Unknown Suspects Wanted for Burglary Series

Up to $1,000 Reward Offered  

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Northeastern and Eastern Divisions, along with investigators from the La Mesa Police Department, are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating three suspects who are wanted for a series of residential burglaries. 

On August 13, 2017, at approximately 3:30 p.m., an unknown female rang the doorbell of a residence located in the 6300 block of Glenmont Street, in the Del Cerro area of San Diego. No one answered the front door. Two unknown males broke a rear sliding glass door, entered the home, and stole several items.   

Later that same day, at 4:30 p.m., the same female rang the doorbell of a residence located in the 5700 block of Jackson Drive, in La Mesa. The female asked the homeowner if “Tony” lived there. The homeowner told the female that she had the wrong house. The homeowner left the house and returned several hours later to discover his rear sliding glass door was shattered and three bedrooms had been ransacked. The suspects stole over $7,600 worth of jewelry and miscellaneous items. 

On August 29, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., the same female and two males burglarized a residence in the 13000 block of Calderon Road in the Rancho Penasquitos area of San Diego. The suspects gained entry into the house by breaking a rear sliding glass door. The suspects stole numerous high end purses totaling over $10,000 in value.   

Suspect’s Description: 

The female suspect is described as Asian, in her 20’s, thin build, wears large black frame glasses, long bright green painted fingernails, and has a tattoo on her left forearm. 

Both male suspects are described as being Black, in their 20’s, approximately 5’8” tall, and had thin builds. The suspects are seen using a black Chrysler 200 with paper plates. The suspects may also be using a four-door white Mercedes.

Unknown Suspects Wanted for Burglary and Grand Theft

Up to $1,000 Reward Offered

San Diego County Crime Stoppers along with investigators from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department’s Santee Station are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating three unknown suspects wanted for burglary and grand theft.

On October 25, 2017, three unknown Black men entered the Walmart, located at 170 Town Center Parkway in Santee, and selected 8 Visa gift cards. The men requested that each gift card be activated with $500.00.  One of the men distracted the cashier by asking for cigarettes. When the cashier left her register to get the cigarettes another suspect reached around the register and pushed a key that loaded each of the cards with the $500.00.  The third man grabbed the Walmart bag containing the gift cards and other merchandise.  All three men exited the store without paying for any of the items. The total loss was estimated at about $4,065.00. 

All three suspects were last seen leaving the store parking lot in an older model Ford Crown Victoria with no license plates.  The car had a white front left fender and purple tinted windows. 

Description of Suspects:

Suspect #1 is described as a Black male, in his 20s, and was last seen wearing a white Adidas shirt, black shorts, white socks, and sandals.

Suspect #3 is described as a Black male, in his 20s and was last seen wearing a white Nike shirt, black shorts, white socks, and sandals.

Vehicle Description:

The vehicle is an older model Ford Crown Victoria, with a white front left fender and purple tinted windows.  It did not have any license plates.

Alan Pliego is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for violating the terms and conditions of his parole. Pliego is currently on parole for auto theft. Pliego has previous convictions for auto theft, burglary, robbery, and parole violation.  Pliego is known to frequent the Mid-City area of San Diego.

San Diego County Crime Stoppers along with investigators from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department’s Fallbrook Substation are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating an unknown suspect(s) wanted for grand theft.

Sometime between September 6, 2017 and September 29, 2017, an unknown suspect stole a 3 foot tall hollow ceramic statue from the front yard of a residence in Fallbrook. The statue is known as "Greenman". It weighs 30-40 pounds and is valued at $3,500.

Unknown Suspect Wanted for Theft and Identity Theft

San Diego County Crime Stoppers along with investigators from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department’s Poway Station are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating an unknown female suspect wanted in connection with thefts and identity theft. 

On July 28, 2017, at about 1:45 p.m., an unknown female, along with two young boys, entered the Home Goods store located at 13644 Poway Road in the City of Poway. The female retrieved miscellaneous bedding supplies from a store shelf and proceeded straight to the store's return desk where she received $110.95 in store credit.  During the transaction, the female suspect provided a California driver license (CDL) belonging to another woman.  That woman had reported her CDL stolen in January 2017.  After receiving store credit for the items, the female suspect and the two boys left the store.  

Since June 2017, the same female suspect has gone to different Home Goods stores in the San Diego area and exchanged over $4,000 in stolen merchandise for gift cards.  She has used the same stolen California driver license during each transaction.

Unknown Suspects Wanted for Grand Theft

Up to $1,000 Reward Being Offered 

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Eastern Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two unknown suspects who stole various items from a Kearny Mesa area business. 

On July 15, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., two unknown adult male suspects walked into the Little Guy Trailers store located at 8148 Ronson Road. Both suspects worked together to distract employees and act as lookouts while they stole various items from the store. Suspect # 1 (S-1) stole an electric folding bicycle from the back of the store. Suspect # 2 (S-2) and S-1 stole merchandise from the store to include t-shirts, a battery, and store keys. S-1 was last seen riding the bicycle away from the front of the store. S-2 was last seen walking out of the front of the store. The electric bicycle is valued at $1,500.00.   

Suspects’ Description: 

Suspect # 1 is described as a White male, 20 to 30-years-old, 180 to 190 lbs., thin build, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black colored flat brim style baseball hat with the top of the hat being white in color. S-1 also had a large tattoo on his left forearm and was wearing a large wristwatch. 

Suspect #2 is described as a White male, in his 20’s, thin build, wearing a grey and black camouflage design long sleeve shirt, black shorts, and a black baseball hat.

Unknown Suspects Wanted for Identity Theft

Up to $1,000 Reward Offered  

San Diego County Crime Stoppers along with investigators from the Santee Sheriff's Station are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two unknown suspects wanted for identity theft.  

On June 20, 2017, two unknown Hispanic male suspects used the victim’s credit card number to make about $1,600 in unauthorized purchases at the Best Buy, located at 9540 Mira Mesa Blvd, and at the Polo Ralph Lauren, Levi’s, Tilly’s, and Old Navy stores located at the Las Americas Outlet Mall in San Ysidro.  

The victim never lost his credit card and does not know how his information was compromised. 

 Suspects’ Descriptions: 

Suspect #1 is described as a Hispanic male, 25 to 35-years-old, with short black hair and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, gray/white striped shorts, and white shoes. 

Suspect #2 is described as a Hispanic male, 25 to 35-years-old, with black hair cut in a military style haircut.  He was last seen wearing a white collared shirt, gray shorts, gray shoes and possibly had tattoos on his left arm.

Unknown Suspects Wanted for Robbery in Mira Mesa

Up to $1,000 Reward Offered  

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Robbery Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating    unknown suspects wanted for a robbery that occurred at a home in Mira Mesa.

On July 1, 2017, there was a party at a home located in the 7000 block of Embry Point, in Mira Mesa. Approximately 80 to 100 people attended the party; some were invited guest and others were not. The host of the party received a first response notice from the police. Shortly after the police left, the host ended the party and asked everyone to leave. A lot of new people showed up as the party was winding down. The host tried stopping an unknown group of four to six Black males from going into the home. A fight ensued that ultimately ended up inside the house. The host was beaten up and his wallet and iPhone were taken from him. The suspects left the house and got into two separate vehicles. One of the vehicles is believed to be a white Mazda 3. This vehicle was driven by an unknown race female and collided with a parked car on Embry Way before fleeing the scene. 

Suspects’ Descriptions:  

Four to six Black males in their 20s. Two of the suspects had dreadlocks. 

Vehicle Description: One of the vehicles was described as being a white Mazda 3. Pictures of this vehicle can be seen on Page 2 of the release.

Unknown Suspect(s) Wanted for Robbery in the Gaslamp Area

Increased Reward of Up to $10,000 Offered

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Central Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying and    locating unknown suspect(s) wanted for a robbery in the Gaslamp area. 

On March 31, 2017, at about 2:25 a.m., an adult male victim was inside the Subway restaurant located at 950 5th Avenue, in San Diego. While inside the restaurant, the victim was speaking with a group of males whom he did not know. The victim walked out of the restaurant and headed northbound on 5th Avenue.  Shortly after walking out of the restaurant, the victim was punched once in his head rendering him unconscious. The suspect(s) stole the victim’s cell phone, watch, shoes, and cash. The victim suffered several abrasions to his face and head. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for major head trauma including a brain bleed. 

A witness described seeing two Black males punching and kicking the victim while he was on the ground. The witness stated that both males were last seen running southbound on 5th Avenue.   

Investigators are hoping to identify four persons of interest in this case. They are not considered suspects at this time, but were seen speaking to the victim just prior to the robbery.   

Friends and family of the victim are offering $9,000 in addition to Crime Stoppers up to $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in this case.

Trisha Sims is wanted by the San Diego Fugitive Task Force for four separate outstanding felony warrants totaling $222,220.00. The warrants are for child cruelty, credit card fraud, possession of controlled substances for sale, and grand theft.  Sims has previous convictions for possession of controlled substance for sale and for DUI.  Sims is known to frequent the Ramona and Poway area.

Maglietto is wanted by the San Diego Fugitive Task Force for an outstanding felony warrant ($ 150,000) related to narcotics charges and being a felon in possession of a firearm.  Maglietto has multiple previous convictions for narcotics possession and auto theft.  Maglietto is known to frequent the Carlsbad and San Marcos area.

Identity Theft Suspect Up to $1,000 Reward Offered

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the North Coastal Sheriff’s Station are asking for the public's help to locate an unknown suspect wanted in connection with stolen credit cards and identity theft that occurred in Solana Beach.

On February 22, 2017, between 2:55 p.m. and 3:20 p.m., an unknown suspect took $150 in cash and four credit cards from a wallet that was inside of a purse in an unlocked vehicle.  The owner of the vehicle parked her car at St. John’s Academy, located at 623 S. Nardo Ave., in Solana Beach. She returned to her car at about 3:20, went to get something from her wallet, and noticed that the items were missing.  

On February 22, 2017, between 3:30 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. the suspect used one of the victim’s credit cards and purchased about $4500 in gift cards and miscellaneous items at the Target, located at 8251 Mira Mesa Blvd. in San Diego.

Suspect Description:

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about 35-years-old, standing 5’8” tall.  He was last seen wearing what appears to be automotive “mechanic” style attire.  He had a blue baseball cap with a yellow logo, black jacket, light blue button-down shirt, blue khaki pants and dark gray work boots.

Identity Theft Suspect Up to $1,000 Reward Offered

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the Santee Sheriff’s Station are asking for the public's help to locate an unknown suspect wanted in connection with identity theft.  

On January 13, 2017, a female victim discovered that she had been the victim of identity theft.  An unknown suspect used her information to open credit card accounts at Target, JC Penny, Lowes, and T-Mobile.  The suspect made several purchases on all of the accounts totaling about $8,220.00.
