FBI and SDPD Seek Chase Bank Attempted Robbery Suspect

chase attempt The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male who attempted to rob the Chase Bank, 10505 Tierrasanta Boulevard, San Diego, California, on Thursday, June 6, 2013. At the time of the attempted robbery, the robber entered the bank, approached a bank employee and presented a demand note for cash. The bank employee opened her drawer and showed the robber that she did not have any cash. The robber exited the bank and was last seen running away from the bank. No physical injuries were reported.

Witnesses describe the robber as follows: Sex: Male Race: Black Height: Approximately 6’0” tall Weight: Approximately 150 lbs. Age: Approximately 20 years old Clothing: Navy colored beanie cap, black backpack, black sunglasses, dark jacket and dark jeans
