Jesse Lozano was sentenced to two years, nine months and twenty-seven days for a conviction of possession of a controlled substance (11351 HS). Lozano's sentence was to be served in the San Diego Sheriff's Custody; but he was transferred to a CDC Fire Camp as an alternate custody program. On 06/15/15, at 1430 hours, Lozano was discovered missing from the Fire Camp by CAL Fire during a count. Lozano has a significant criminal history involving narcotics and weapons. A felony warrant has been issued for Lozano’s arrest for escaping without force. Lozano may be in the National City or Southeastern area of San Diego.
