 San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Central Division are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect wanted for grand theft.

Detectives said on May 4, 2013, at approximately 8:00 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the business of Gaslamp Garage at 301 5th Avenue  in the Gaslamp area of San Diego.  The suspect shoplifted a display case containing 8 pairs of Oakley sunglasses valued at $1,440. The suspect was last seen leaving the store north bound 5th Avenue carrying the display case.  Several images of the suspect were captured by surveillance cameras.

 Suspect Description: 20-25 year old Black male, 5’8”–5’10” tall, medium build with a shaved head. He was wearing a white under-vest, T-shirt, and grey sweat pants.
