Unknown Suspects Wanted for Robbery, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Vehicle Burglaries

12.18.13 vista robbery San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department’s Vista Station are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate two unknown male suspects wanted for robbery, assault and seven vehicle burglaries.

Detectives said that on December 3, 2013, at approximately 5:45 p.m., two  unknown Hispanic males entered the Shell Gas Station’s convenience store, located at 145 North Emerald Drive in Vista after having burglarized seven vehicles in the area.  One of the suspect’s had a bat, pointed it at the clerk and demanded “stuff”.  The clerk fought back and was punched several times in the face and hit in the arm with the bat.

 The suspects took five gas gift cards, that had not been activated therefore were worth nothing, and other miscellaneous things before leaving the store. 

The suspects were described as being Hispanic males about 18-years-old.

The suspects were recorded by a surveillance camera; the images are attached to page two of the release.
