San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the San Diego Police Department Homicide Unit continue to look for leads in the recent unsolved murder of Chuck Owens. A composite drawing of the suspect has now been released.
Detectives said on Sunday, October 13, 2013, 28-year-old Chuck OWENS was shot and killed at Marie Wideman Park at 6700 Imperial Avenue. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20’s to mid 30’s, approximately 5’05” to 5’06” tall and weighing about 175 pounds. The suspect was wearing all dark clothing.
