19 Year Anniversary of the Unsolved Murder of Andre Mahan $1,000 Reward Offered

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Homicide Unit are continuing to ask for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect responsible for the murder of Andre Mahan.
On August 19, 2006, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Andre Mahan (31-years-old) was murdered inside of an apartment located in the 4600 block of Nogal Street, in San Diego. The male suspect was described as a light skinned Black male, 17 to 18-years-old, wearing a red t-shirt over a white t-shirt and a black pantyhose type material cap on his head. The suspect entered the apartment and shot Mr. Mahan resulting in his death. The suspect also shot at Mr. Mahan’s wife, but she was not injured. Mr. Mahan left behind two young children when he died.
