Suspect Wanted for Assault on Juveniles and Vandalism | Up to $1,000 Reward Offered

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office, Valley Center Station are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect responsible for two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism and child abuse.
On November 5, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., an unknown suspect confronted two juveniles at a pond near the intersection of Valley Center Road and Irish Oaks Road, in Valley Center. The suspect brandished a knife and chased the juveniles. Additionally, the suspect destroyed a fishing pole and slashed four tires on a vehicle belonging to the victims. The total property damage is valued at approximately $1,300.
During the incident the suspect provided a fictitious name of “Hector Zeroni.”
Suspect Description
The suspect is described as a White male, approximately 25 to 35-years-old wearing a black shirt, tan pants and brown work boots.
