Pacific Beach Felony Hit & Run

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Traffic Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the vehicle and driver that fled the scene of a traffic collision leaving the victim with serious injuries in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. 

On October 23, 2021, at approximately 1:20 a.m., a 22-year-old female was crossing Grand Avenue at the intersection with Kendall Street. While the victim was crossing the street, she was struck by an unknown vehicle, which was traveling eastbound on Grand Avenue. After striking the victim, the driver continued traveling eastbound on Grand Avenue and did not stop to render aid or call 911. 

The victim sustained several serious injuries to her body and will require multiple surgeries and several months of rehabilitation. 

Suspect’s Vehicle Description: 

Witnesses described the suspect’s vehicle as a white or light-colored SUV.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
