Suspect(s) Wanted for Felony Vandalism

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Eastern Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect(s) responsible for vandalizing a church in the Birdland area of San Diego.

Between 10:30 p.m. on December 30, 2022, and 3:00 a.m. on December 31, 2022, an unknown suspect(s) vandalized the City View Church located at 8404 Phyllis Place, in San Diego. The suspect(s) broke a window, a glass door, and spray-painted derogatory slurs on several walls of the church exterior. The total damage caused was estimated to be approximately $50,000. No suspect(s) have been identified yet.
