Suspect Wanted for Commercial Armed Robbery

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Robbery Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect responsible for an armed robbery that occurred in the Teralta West area of San Diego.

On February 14, 2023, at approximately 5:50 p.m., an unknown male suspect walked into the Subway restaurant, located at 4151 El Cajon Boulevard, in San Diego. The suspect told the clerk he was going to rob him. The suspect then placed his hand in his pant pocket. The clerk believed the suspect possibly had a knife in his pocket. The suspect demanded cash and the clerk complied. The suspect left the location with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen walking eastbound on El Cajon Boulevard.

Suspect’s Description:

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 40 to 45-years of age, 5’8” tall, medium build, bald with stitches on his head, goatee, and wearing a long sleeve dark sweater and pants.
