Suspect Wanted for Residential Burglary

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the Chula Vista Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the vehicle and suspects involved in a residential burglary in the eastern portion of Chula Vista. 

On February 19, 2021, at about 7:00 p.m., three male suspects forced entry into a residence in Chula Vista by breaking the rear sliding glass door. The suspects stole a safe containing cash, jewelry and personal documents. The suspects were captured on home security cameras exiting the front door and loading the stolen property into a vehicle which had backed into the driveway. The suspects arrived in a dark colored minivan or SUV. The suspects appear to be three males in their teens or 20’s, with thin builds, all wearing hooded sweatshirts, face masks, and gloves. 

Vehicle Description: 

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark colored mini-van or SUV.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
