Suspect(s) Wanted in Spring Valley Homicide

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the Sheriff’s Homicide Unit want the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of 59-year-old Kenneth Love II. 

On June 2nd just after 11:00 p.m., Deputies from the Rancho San Diego Sheriff's Station responded to 8721 Troy Street in Spring Valley for a shooting in front of a marijuana dispensary. When they arrived, they found a security guard had been shot. Deputies rendered aid until relieved by the San Miguel Fire Department. 59-year-old Kenneth Love II was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The Sheriff's Homicide Unit is investigating the incident. Detectives are seeking the public's help with information about who committed the crime and the circumstances which led to Love's murder. 

***The victim’s family is now offering a $3,000 reward in addition to Crime Stoppers’ $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.***
