Alejandro Ibarra Wanted for Sexual Assault

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police
Department's Sex Crimes Unit are asking: for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted for sexual assault. 

On May 27th, 2016, at approximately 4:53 p.m., a male suspect, identified as
Alejandro Avita Ibarra, illegally entered the residence of an adult female in the 3900 block of T Street in the Mountain View neighborhood of San Diego. Ibarra grabbed the
victim inside the front entrance of her residence and ottempttd to sexually ouoult her. A fight ensued and Ibarra is believed to hove sustained a severe injury to the fingers of one of his hands, likely his left hand. Ibarra/led the scene and is now wanted for the assault. 

Alejandro Avila Ibarra is described as a Hispanic male, 47-years-old, medium build, 5'8" tall and approximately 180 lbs. At the time of the assault Ibarra was wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, and an unknown color sweater.

Black Male 5’9” tall/ 205 lbs Black with brown eyes

Kody DeJohn Scott has violated his conditions of parole and is considered at parole at large.  He has prior convictions for assault with a deadly weapon, battery on a police officer, carjacking, multiple convictions for robbery and multiple parole violations.

Kody Scott is a transient and is known to frequent Oceanside.

Johnny Edward Gilbert DOB 3-10-1960 White Male Brown Hair/ Blue Eyes 5’10” tall/ Weighs 220 lbs.

Johnny Edward Gilbert is wanted by the California Department of Parole for failing to follow the conditions of his parole.  He is currently on parole for arson.

His criminal history includes arson, child molest, multiple parole violations and failure to register as a sex offender.

He is a transient who has been known to frequent Downtown San Diego and Mission Valley.

Hispanic Male Black hair/ Brown Eyes 5’7” tall/ Weighs 150 lbs

Joseph Moreno has a federal probation warrant for his arrest for violating the terms of his probation.  His criminal history includes, carjacking, being a felon in possession of a firearm, under the influence of a controlled substance and multiple parole violations.  He is a known gang member and frequents Oceanside and may have ties to the North County Indian Reservations.
