Wanted Fugitive: David Edward Wallace

San Diego County Crime Stoppers is working with investigators from the San Diego Fugitive Task Force and is asking for assistance from the public in locating David Edward Wallace (30-years-old). Wallace is wanted for an outstanding felony warrant for the charges of kidnapping and auto theft. Wallace is known to frequent the Bonita, Spring Valley, and Imperial Beach area.

David Wallace is a White male, 30-years-old, 6’3”, 170 lbs., and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Information Wanted For Murder Suspect At Large

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department Homicide Unit want your help in locating 34-year-old Daniel Ethridge who is wanted for a homicide that occurred in the City of Lemon Grove.

On Saturday March 18th, at approximately 10:00 p.m., deputies responded to a radio call of a shooting at the 2800 block of Lemon Grove Avenue. Deputies arrived in the area and located 39-year-old Gregory Moore, unconscious in a vehicle at the intersection of Lemon Grove Avenue and San Miguel Avenue.

Through their investigation, investigators have identified Daniel Ethridge as a suspect. Ethridge has an active arrest warrant for the homicide and is believed to be associated to a local street gang. Ethridge should be considered armed and dangerous.

Suspect’s Description:

Daniel Ethridge is a Black male, 34-years-old, 5’9” tall, weighs 165 lbs., has black hair, and brown eyes. Ethridge has prior convictions for assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into an inhabited dwelling.

Cynthia Amber Baker (31) is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for failing to comply with the terms and conditions of her parole after walking away from a community correctional facility.  Baker is considered a parolee at large (NO BAIL).  Baker is on Parole for committing a burglary.  Baker has prior convictions for obstructing a police officer, being under the influence of a controlled substance, domestic violence, and assault with a deadly weapon.  Baker is transient is known to frequent the East County portion of San Diego, particularly the City of El Cajon.

Tri Minh Vo (39) is a local fugitive with a pair of local and federal warrants for sales of methamphetamine, maintaining a gambling den and maintaining drugs on premises.  Vo has a prior conviction for murder and is a local gang member.  He is known to frequent East San Diego.   

Wanted Fugitive: Sheila Camarena

$1,000 Reward

San Diego County Crime Stoppers is working with investigators from the San Diego Police Department Homicide Unit and is asking for assistance from the public in locating Sheila Camarena (26-years-old). Sheila Camarena is wanted for the homicide which occurred on September 18, 2020 at 4400 Euclid Avenue. Sheila Camarena should be considered armed and dangerous.

Sheila Camarena is a Hispanic female, 26-years-old, 5’5”, 170 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. Sheila Camarena is also known to dye her hair blonde and/or red.

Jonah Ledesman (24) is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his parole after walking away from a community correctional facility.  Ledesma is considered a parolee at large (NO BAIL).  Ledesma is on Parole for committing a second degree robbery with a firearm.  Ledesma has no other prior convictions.  Ledesma is known to frequent the City Heights area in San Diego.

Missing Child - Spring Valley

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the San Diego County Sheriff's Department want the public’s help in locating 45-year-old Wendy Gutierrez (pictured above).  She is accused of kidnapping her young daughter from a Spring Valley school and taking her to Mexico.

On February 22, 2022 at about 1:15 p.m., six-year-old Jolyn Gutierrez (pictured above) was seen walking south from Kempton Elementary School located in the 700 block of Kempton Street in Spring Valley.  School staff reported seeing Wendy Gutierrez, Jolyn's biological mother, walking away with her.  Wendy Gutierrez does not have custody of Jolyn at this time.

Wendy Gutierrez was last seen with Jolyn on February 22 just after 3:00 p.m. at the Jack in the Box located in the 3100 block of Plaza Boulevard in National City.  The above photos are stills from surveillance video taken inside the restaurant. 

On February 23, Sheriff's Investigators interviewed a witness who crossed the U.S./Mexico border the day before.  The witness described seeing a young girl and an older woman fitting the description of Jolyn and Wendy Gutierrez crossing into Tijuana, Mexico on foot.

Wendy Gutierrez is now wanted for kidnapping.

The Sheriff's Homicide Unit has assumed responsibility of the investigation. The Sheriff's Homicide Unit is responsible for the investigation of child abduction cases.

Jolyn Gutierrez is a Hispanic girl standing 3’ tall with long brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a mask, black zip-up hooded sweatshirt and black boots.

Wendy Gutierrez is a Hispanic woman standing 5’4” tall, weighing 120 pounds, bright blue hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a white zip-up hooded sweatshirt, as well as gray and black camouflage cargo pants.  She was also carrying an umbrella.

Wanted: Violent Fugitive Nofel Noel Suleyman

San Diego County Crime Stoppers is working with investigators from the San Diego Fugitive Task Force and asking for assistance from the public in locating Nofel Noel Suleyman. On January 25, 2021, the San Diego Fugitive Task Force attempted to apprehend Nofel Noel Suleyman at his residence, the 1100 block of Persimmon Avenue in El Cajon. Suleyman is wanted for federal probation violation and has a criminal history consisting of robbery, assault, and narcotics sales. 

When officers attempted to arrest Suleyman at his residence, they made several announcements, however, Suleyman fled from the rear of the residence. A Deputy U.S. Marshal pursued Suleyman over the backyard fence, at which time Suleyman kicked the Deputy U.S. Marshal, causing an injury to the Deputy U.S. Marshal. Suleyman fled the area and his whereabouts are currently unknown. 

Nofel Noel Suleyman is a Middle-Eastern male, 32-years-old, 5’08” tall, weighs 150 lbs., has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Suleyman has been known to frequent the East County area. However, he is also known to frequent downtown San Diego.

Pedro Rodriguez Sr (49), is a local fugitive with an outstanding $20,000 felony warrant for resisting an executive officer and threatening an executive officer.  Rodriguez has prior convictions for driving on a suspended license, possessing a dangerous weapon, and failing to appear for a court appearance.  Rodriguez is transient, but is known to frequent the North County and uses a scooter to move around.

Catrina Brown & Stacy Tomblun) is a local fugitive with an outstanding $50,000 warrant for identity theft, burglary, and passing false checks.  Gilmore has priors for causing a disturbance, burglary, passing forged checks, and petty theft.  She is known to frequent the North County area.
