San Diego County Crime Stoppers along with investigators from Oceanside Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect responsible for the murder of 65-year-old Brent Bielby
On October 4, 2024, Brent Bielby was killed in the 1300 block of South Myers Street, in the City of Oceanside. Investigators have identified one suspect of main interest who needs to be identified.
Suspect’s Description
The suspect is described as a Black male, 30 to 40-years-old, 5’7’’ to 6’ tall, 175 lbs., with long braided black hair, brown eyes and missing an upper tooth. He was wearing a light gray hoodie, gray trucker hat with a white mermaid logo, dark cargo pants and dark shoes. On October 4, 2024, the suspect was last seen on surveillance footage getting off an Amtrak train in the City of Irvine at 4:30 PM, walking northbound on Barranca Parkway. Out of an abundance of caution, the public is advised not to approach the individual if seen, as he is considered dangerous.
