Wanted: Violent Fugitive Nofel Noel Suleyman

San Diego County Crime Stoppers is working with investigators from the San Diego Fugitive Task Force and asking for assistance from the public in locating Nofel Noel Suleyman. On January 25, 2021, the San Diego Fugitive Task Force attempted to apprehend Nofel Noel Suleyman at his residence, the 1100 block of Persimmon Avenue in El Cajon. Suleyman is wanted for federal probation violation and has a criminal history consisting of robbery, assault, and narcotics sales. 

When officers attempted to arrest Suleyman at his residence, they made several announcements, however, Suleyman fled from the rear of the residence. A Deputy U.S. Marshal pursued Suleyman over the backyard fence, at which time Suleyman kicked the Deputy U.S. Marshal, causing an injury to the Deputy U.S. Marshal. Suleyman fled the area and his whereabouts are currently unknown. 

Nofel Noel Suleyman is a Middle-Eastern male, 32-years-old, 5’08” tall, weighs 150 lbs., has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Suleyman has been known to frequent the East County area. However, he is also known to frequent downtown San Diego.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
