UP TO $1000 REWARD
San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Metro Arson Strike Team (MAST) are asking assistance from the public to help identify and locate anyone with information relating to a residential house fire, which took place in the City Heights area of San Diego.
On January 12, 2022, at about 4:00 a.m., a fire was reported at a residence located in the 4800 block of Wightman St, in San Diego. The fire is believed to be intentionally set and the incident is still under investigation. At the time of the fire, there was a family sleeping inside of the residence, however they were uninjured. The damage caused by the fire is estimated at approximately $35,000.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Metro Arson Strike Team at (619) 236-6240 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
